Group size – You will learn faster and deeper with close attention and supervision from a Certified Trainer

Size matters to us! In fact we maintain a small maximum class size in order that you can have all the attention you need from our Course Director, Gary Plunkett and our guest co-Trainers. This means that you always have full access to an experienced Trainer to help you (not just an ‘assistant’ or coach who may be just a few days ahead of you, yes it does happen!) and you can ask any questions you may have when you have them, not just queuing up at break or lunch time, to maybe get a chance to ask your question, which we know happens at many large trainings.

You will walk your talk

The smaller group size means that we can tell when everyone has fully understood the key learning points. This is important as our aim is to teach you to a level of unconscious competence. You won’t just understand at a mental level what you should do, you will have the confidence to know when, where and how to use your new skills, and you will be doing it before you know it!

We have a wealth of experience in working with people from many backgrounds, and this diversity will help you achieve flexibility in your ability to deal with anyone from all walks of life and different levels in business.
